How do I pay the least amount of money for my declining Cox service? They want to charge me more, and more, money each month, while providing me with less, and less service each month. My e-mail is inoperable. My High Speed Internet service is anything but.
Does anyone know how to purchase the lowest price of Cox Highspeed Internet non-service? Do I need to walk into my local office, directly?
What are the best, reasonably priced, internet connections, other than Cox? They ***! Pun Intended.

Don't think there is one. However, because the are not properly regulated they feel they can pit it to the customers . No other industry during these hard economic times has gone up twice a year on their current customers as Cox has done. I'm not happy either I'll be switching my phones to Vonage, 50% cheaper than Cox, internet & cablet o AT&T slightly less. Cox only cares about new customers. Once they sign the 2 year contract, which they lie and say they don't have on the commercial, they start lowering the service and raising the cost.

Calling in and speaking to our account services team would be the best way to make any changes to your account. I would be happy to address any issues you're having with your services.
