home page problems
On my Firefox & Google Chrome browsers I try to go to "http://www.cox.com/myconnection/home.cox" I get a page that says "We're sorry, our web site is currently undergoing maintenance." but yet the page works fine on Internet Explorer. Whats up?

Could you give a screen shot? Maybe try clearing temp files and cookies on Firefox and Chrome. And do either one have any ad-ons that Internet explorer does not? The fact that it works on internet explorer says its some kind of PC issue. The question is what.

Try to clear cache and cookies. Worst case, do a DNS Flush, instructions online for your OS.
