heads cut off

picture is to big for the screen the top of their heads are chopped off sometimes the whole head and I can no longer see the writing on the bottom of the screen either no caller ID nothing on the bottom I need a reverse zoom  I need the picture to shrink back to where I could see the whole thing

"Heads being chopped off" is the result of picking a 4:3 display in "SETTINGS", but using a 16:9 display.
