I have a HD homerun prime in Baton Rouge and I am unable to get all the HD channels in the Plus Pack. I am getting audio on most of them but just black screens. I have spent 2 hours on the phone looking for help. The first guy I talked to said that i needed a whole home DVR which i don'[t think is true. The secound tech was helpful but my phone dropped out. It there anyone at COX that can answer this questions yes or no?

These channels do require a whole home DVR to receive as how they are encoded in MPEG-4.

No, all that is required is that the device has H.264 compatibility and tuners with a 1GHz bandwidth.

Because your TiVo Premiere does have H.264 compatibility and 1GHz tuners.
