hbogo and tvviewing

OK,

I have hbo and I can watch hbogo on my laptop.

The laptop says I can watch all three seasons of Game of Thrones.  But I can't find a single eps of gOT on Cox tv?  Likewise,  I see Oceans 12 on "go" and was able to watch a few min. to test on my laptop but, I don't even see it listed on the tv.

SO. Is the content different on TV vs HBOGO?
