Why is the cast info not being shown in the program data?

How long has this been happening, and how are you viewing the cast information? Do you have Contour, or Contour 2, and is this happening on the Contour App, TV online, or from the receiver? If the receiver, I would recommend unplug the power for 20 seconds and let the rest complete and see if the content is loading.
