Guide Channel

Is there a channel you can put the TV on to see a channel guide. My sister lives in a nursing home and has Cox but no receiver box, she has the Starter package and just has a co-ax cable connecting her TV to the nursing home Cox system but since she has no box she has no Cox remote. Is there a channel she can put her TV on to see a channel guide. Thanks for any assistance
