Hi Groovy,

Press the "Cable" button on your Cox remote control. Does the button blink when you press it? Now press the Guide button on the remote. Does anything happen on the remote or on the screen?

Now press the Channel Up or Channel Down button on the remote. Are you able to change channels successfully?
