got a new cable box Motorola DCH3200.....
and now I'm missing bunches of channels and the guide on the remote does not work. Looks like I set things up ok. The channels start scrolling and then it skips from 13 to 25.........ok till 42, and then jumps to 71........and then doesn't go above 109....
I can enter some channels....but others just won't be accepted (Like channel 15 in that blank area between 13 and 25).
Any hints for me?

Looks like the first activation signal didn't get acknowledged by the receiver for some reason. Equipment error, connection problem, gremlins, can't tell why from here.
The one I just re-sent did get a positive response, though. So if it's still not showing the right channels, try power-cycling, and if that doesn't do it, let us know and we'll go from there.
