Why does Cox call it the freezone and when you click on free movies you have to be a subscriber to half the channels on the list to watch the movies? Why are IFC and Sundance included in the "freezone" instead of where Cox keeps on demand movies from premium channels from places like HBO and Showtime? It seems like false advertising it's either free or it isn't.

It's "free" if you pay for the parent channel. Just like their HD is "free" if you pay for the SD channel (sometimes.)
