Four Outages in a week?

Why have there been four outages of Internet, Phone and TV in my neighborhood since last week (the 24th)?

I'm told it will be fixed. Service is restored then within days, sometimes next day, sometimes hours all services are back off again.

Can't even dial 911.  It's very exasperating. Paying over $240.00 a month for intermittent service is not my idea of quality and value.
