How can I have someone send the latest Cox firmware to the DPC3825 modem that I am using?

Did you change modems? It doesn't appear that is the model you currently have.

No, I have the DPC3825. My girlfriend recently transferred service to a new address and I think my sub-account was not properly transferred. I would rather not post the account number of phone number on a forum. Is there an email I contact you directly at?
