Favorite Channels

I would like to know why my favorite channels keep getting changed by the system?  Most recently it is the NFL Network that I save as a Fav but one or two days later it is listed as a skipped channel.  I have even gone into each User profile to ensure it is listed as a Favorite channel.  Also, why does Cox add channels to my favorites?

Hi Waffles,

The problem you've described is a known issue that our developers are working hard to fix. You may also experience a problem when removing more than one channel at a time from the Skipped or Favorites list; removed channels seem to get added back after a day or two.

We hope to have a fix for this issue ready for the next major software release, but we have not yet received a launch date for this update.

I know this is frustrating, and I apologize! If I get any further info about it, I will post an update for you.
