fast upload speeds, horribly slow download speeds
Since the ice storm my download speeds have been running below 1Mbps with jumps to 30 or 40 using multiple speed tests. My upload speeds are always 40Mbps minimum. I have premier and should be at 100. I haven't seen those speeds in months. Any idea what is going on?

I looked form this end and all seems mostly well with the modem. Are you able to try testing with a PC connected directly to the modem and see if you get the same results?
