If you're trying to use webmail with the graphical editor it sounds like there may be an issue with Java on the PC.  I would suggest going to http://www.java.com and following the instructions there to install/verify your Java installation.

Have done all that a couple of times.  Still get same thing.  Thank you for your thoughts

Another possibility is the browser isn't setup to work with Java correctly or security settings have been configured to block Java.  Perhaps resetting the browser's setttings to defaults or trying a different browser would help.

A easy work around might just be to change the default compose option. From webmail go to settings on the top, then Preference in left column, then 5 options down, uncheck "By Default, compose messages using the graphical editor".

As for what is causing the problem, your computer is telling you, it can't load the Java applet that the graphical uses. Like the Mod said, could be a browser security setting, or your Antivirus, or Java settings, or many other things. But it's not really anything wrong with the site itself, just your computer.

I am having the same difficulties.  My Java preferences are correct.  This is very frustrating!
