email problems

Despite changing the password, we are unable to access our email. This has caused multiple problems as we are in the process of being pre-approved for a mortgage. How fast can this be corrected? Do we get a discount for the time we are unable to connect? You should be expert at correcting this as all your tags are for connection problems.

I'd like to help. I tried to locate your account using the email address you've associated to your forums ID but it did not pull an account. If you have access to another email address please send your account information, details of the problem and a reference to your forum post to cox.help@cox.com so we can get to the bottom of this for you.

@spicey, if you have an Apple computer, you have to change the password inside your Apple Mail.  A Cox phone tech will walk you thru it or you can do an online search. It takes 5-6 steps.  If you don't have an Apple product, i don't have an answer for you.
