Not sure what you mean by "Import". If you mean have cox host the same email address as Centurylink, then no. Cox and Centurylink use different domains, so that is not possible. A domain is the 2nd part of a email address, the part after the @ but before the .com or .net. These are specific to each ISP or email provider.

With that said there are some things which are possible. First, you can download the email from Centurylink into Outlook or some other email program and then change the settings and set it up for the new Cox email address. You will have access to all your old centurylink email that way. Also, it may be possible to get a very simular email. For instance, say if your email was rascorp@centurytel.net then you may be able to get the email rascorp@cox.net. All that is required is for no one else to be using that email address and they can create it for you just by calling them after your account has been activated. If you already have a account and email address you can fallow these instructions to add any (available) email address you want.

For email addresses/ address books as long as Centurylink allows their contacts to be exported out in a .csv or .wab format you would be able to import them into our account. Whether you are using Webmail or a outside program like Outlook / Windows Mail.

The Outlook /Windows Mail steps are fairly straight forward once you have the contacts exported to a file you can open the mail program and go under File or the Address book and import the file there. Webmail has a few extra steps to make sure the formatting is correct on our site. Which you can find on our support site here
