I'm having some email sending issues because eastrmfepo202.cox.net (68.230.241.217) is blacklisted by SORBS, Redhawk, and Lashback. Could someone from Cox please contact those blacklist providers and have this IP address de-listed?

SORBS requires a fee be paid for delisting so that likely won't be possible. The fastest way to resolve this would likely be to ask the destination email system to not use SORBS as a blacklist provider.
