I have not had any of my e mail moved from the cox in box, to the mail tile on my windows eight since yesterday. I have also had two people complaining that they have tried to e mail me, and had mail returned saying they were permanently blocked by cox. I have not blocked anyone, and when I log into the cox mail, all I have are advertisements which are not transferring to my mail tile. What has happened?

I would first try sending a test email to yourself and see what happens. Then try emailing your Cox email from a non Cox email and see if any change. What your looking for is the bounce back. That will say why the email was blocked and by who.
Also, how are you checking your email? Cox's website or through a client like Outlook?

Hi blakclwd,
We can send a test to make sure you're able to receive mail and have you reply to test your ability to send. Do you get an error when you try to check your email in Windows? Are you able to send from within Windows? If not, do you get an error message?
