Hi, LeWayne.

Sorry to hear your DVR isn't working. However, your question doesn't really give us much to go on. Chances are, with hundreds of thousands of boxes out there, at any given time somebody is going to be able to say "yes" to your question. 

Are you getting an error message, or is there some specific visible problem with the way it's working?

(Also, FYI, you posted this in the Internet forum, so I had to move it to TV. )
