DVR Playback

When watching a recorded show, playback stops half-way through saying the show has stopped.  Called Tech support and they did a reset, but the problem still occurs.

Often this suggests something happened preventing the recording from happening properly.  Do you see this behavior with all recorded programs or just this particular one?

worked fine on other channels, seems to be a problem with NBC HD Channel.  going to try and recored the non HD channel and see what happens.  trying to record "The Tonight Show".

You may want to go to your DVR list and cancel any recordings that are set up for The Tonight Show, then go back to the guide and set up that recording again like it's brand new. -Steff
