DVR (contour) not recording
Our new Contour ignores all programmed recording and manually recording as well. So far, the only thing that seems to work is pausing live TV.

Which DVR do you have? Do you have a WHDVR network? By which means are you programming it? Do the programs you've scheduled to record show up in the "Scheduled Recordings" list? If so, what happens at the scheduled record time?
