Dropped packets

Occasionally I will be unable to connect to any website(wireless or wired). Interestingly enough Skype continues to work.  Checking my router I see dropped packets. Here's my setup:

COX Preferred Internet in Orange County

Motorola SURFboard eXtreme Cable Model SB6141 (not purchased/rented from COX)

D-link N Gigabit Router DIR 655 ver B1

Sample logs for router:

Any advice on tracking down the issue?

Looks like your connecting to work VPN log ins or something similar, and the sites are having problems. All are error code 3/3 which is destination unreachable. See description below or here for more info. The fact its happening with ICMP and TCP makes me think its a network problem on their site, and not a website problem. See tracert below;

"The ICMP destination unreachable message is generated by a router to inform the source host that the destination unicast address is unreachable.

The IP header plus the first 8 bytes of the original datagram's data is returned to the sender. This data is used by the host to match the message to the appropriate process. If a higher level protocol uses port numbers, they are assumed to be in the first 64 data bits of the original datagram's data.
