Drop internet, but keep Email?

I have recently moved to a rural area where Cox is not available. I want to know if I can cancel my internet service, but keep my Cox email account.

This options is no longer available unfortunately.  You may be able to setup a forwarding rule in webmail which will allow you to receive your emails at a new address at least until your account becomes disabled.
