Downstream Channel Bonding Roanoke VA

I have a Cisco DPQ3212 modem from Cox.  I am not getting downstream channel bonding as indicated by the amber light on the panel.

I have called tech support but no one seems to know if we receive downstream bonding in the Roanoke market.  Most of the reps who answer the phone are unaware of channel bonding.  Does anyone know if this is available in my market?  Thanks in advance.
