YES I HAVE DONE ALL BUT IT APPEARS TO BE A COX ISSUE SINCE THERE ARE POST ALL OVER FORUM ABOUT IT.AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE THIS IS GOING ON SECOND DAY OF BEYOND SUB PAR CONNECTION SPEED( FOR WHAT I PAY FOR). AND AS FAR AS THE DNS ERROR IT JUST SAYS CANNOT CONNECT TO COX'S DNS SERVER.
The AZ is a routing issue last I checked, not a DNS issue. If there is a DNS issue it is not well documented. Are you in AZ? Are you connected direct to a modem, or through a router or gateway? If you dont want to troubleshoot it though, thats fine.

Can you give some context? What do you use for DNS? Have you tried power cycling your router? What kind of router do you have?
