Why are Channels 10, 47, and 29 not filling the entire screen on the TV? There are black margins on both sides and the image is distorted.

Is your TV HD? If so, it's 16:9 aspect, or wide screen. Most shows on those channels are SD, so they are the older 4:3 aspect. It would be like watching VHS tape on your HD TV. Your watching a square show on a rectangle screen. The TV, or cable box, can either add the bars to fill up the screen, or it can stretch it out to take up the whole screen. How this is done depends on how your watching TV.
1. Is the TV HD?
2. Do you have a cable box?
3. Is the cable box HD?
4. How do you have it connected to your TV?
If its normal direct from the wall, no box, then usually their is a P Size or Zoom button on your TV remote that will change it.
