Every time I try to check Data Usage Meter - it says "Your Data Usage Meter is undergoing maintenance. Please try again in 24 hours"
I tried to clean cookies, use different browser. No change. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hi Maxim,
We have identified some issues with our Data Usage Meter. I can look into this further for you, I just need to gather some information. Could you please e-mail me at coxhelp@cox.com, including the name and address on the account?

Well, It is now 6th of Nov. and it is STILL not working!!!!
This is now the 4th week that the meter has been totally unavailable to me and since I stream from Netflix, I need the meter to be working.
So, are you going to slam us with a message we went over when we can not even tell how much we have used?
Please at least give us an update as to what is really going on and an estimate of when it will be back (because obviously a week did not cut it).
Lance...

I think you might be misunderstand the position you'r in. Without a fully working system it it of my opinion Cox is in no legal position to send out bandwidth warnings. The ToS says nothing about abiding by Cox measurements, just
"You must comply with the current bandwidth, data storage, email limits and other requirements associated with the package of Service you selected. Information on speeds, usage and other features can be found at Speeds and Usage Information."
I keep accurate measurement of my bandwidth use, and considering they admit their own system is undergoing maintenance I dare say my data is more accurate then theirs. So why would I even open their warnings?

MY data usage tool has been down going on two weeks.Called Cox at least four times and it's still not resolved.I never go over my limit and the reason is I use the tool to keep track.BTW- I just renewed my contract and purchased a new modem/router before I lost the tool.If I don't get the tool back soon although I've been with Cox for 16 years,I might have a change of heart because the tool is part of the service.

I opened a ticket with cox and this is what I got back:
Since I have seen, we do not have issues with the Data Usage Meter page, if you want please give us permission to change your password and see what is the exact issue you have in order to give you further assistance on this case.
from Carol M.
I am in the Glendale, AZ area and they DO have a problem with the meter, they just don't admit it.
I tried calling the LIVE trouble support and got no where and again, I got the "We do not have a problem so it is your computer"
I have three computers and a laptop. It is doing it on all systems. I also have more than one E-Mail address and no matter which one I sign on with, it is not working for me.
I turned off the firewall AND set IE to allow all traffic (turned off security). I even turned off the spam blocker but nothing I did helped.
So, are they really working the problem or are we just being fed a freakin' line???
Getting frustrated over the way I am being treated over this, Lance

Been this way for 2 weeks. No data meter only that message. I emailed cox support to no response. Any light at the end of the tunnel?

Since we are unable to use the tool to monitor the usage they should make increase the monthly allowance for this month.

Hi Vince,
Can you please e-mail us the information again, if it is still not working we will need to create a ticket to have this issue corrected. We will need the name, address, phone number on the account included in your message. E-mail us at cox.help@cox.com and we can investigate this further.

When you try to access the Data Usage Meter what happens? Even though we're aware of the issue, I'd like to submit a ticket specific to your issue but need additional info. Does the meter display? Is there an error message? If you could post here or email cox.help@cox.com with your account info and the details I'll get the ticket submitted right away.
