I'd like to know how my data per/day SPIKED from an average 35-50gig /day to 133.78GB in just one day!!!! I did NOTHING different, I have ALL my WIFI secured. With my Kids home for the summer the HIGHEST we ever reached was 75gb (in July) and that was with 3 computers, 5 rokus, 4 smartphones and 2 ipads. Why am I being maliciously spiked?? Is it so i reach my bandwidth cap quickly? What kind of service are you people offering? This kind of thing Is not allowed anymore - and believe me, it is NOT beneath me to go direct to the FCC. Right off the top, I'd suspect Windows 10, if you have it. There have been multiple updates, and if you do not turn off the option to essentially "seed" the updates for Microsoft via P2P update distribution, you could easily have large spike in traffic.
Beyond that, someone from Cox would need to help you.

+1 for turning off the peer-to-peer downloading that Microsoft turns on by default in Windows 10:
