Cox new Web mail

Cox has really screwed up; this time. They have an unusable web mail system and non of the so called experts cha solve your problem. In the last few days I have probably spent a total of 6 hours on the phone with the experts. Still no fix. I just logged in on the system to post this and IP logged in on one of my e-mail addresses and the data on another e-mail address came up. I tried to open folders and there were no folders. I guess I am giving up on cox. If they can't get a fix on the system then they need to abort it. . Maybe prayer will change things. Thanks
