Hello,
On my COX Homepage Website, on the upper right side, it states that I'm in Henderson, NV, but I'm in Las Vegas, NV where I want to do all my browsing. I've changed it numerous times, I've deleted the cookies, but all to no avail! It's not about deleting the cookies, it must be another setting that perhaps I'm not aware of. This seems frustrating - need your help or suggestion. Thank you!

What Zip code are you entering in for your town? With me, I live in one town, but my post office is in another, so the Zip code I give out isn't actually for my town. Or it could be that Cox has the wrong town for that Zip.

Same here. Until COX fixes there webpage. It will never save the setting.
Also my post office is in the same town I live in. That has nothing to do with. This is cox an isp. Not United states postal service.
People need to get off the forum and get on their phones and report these issues.

Oh really? So you think the USPS is the only people that use Zip codes?
I tried several zip codes, in several states, and they were all remembered after closing the window and re-opening. If your browser is not, then thats an issue with the browser, and not the website. Or maybe it's your antivirus security settings.
