Hi, the Premier Internet tier speeds can vary by market and equipment used. Where are you located, what city and state? Are you using a DOCSIS 2 modem or a DOCSIS 3.0 modem?

What speed do you get without the router. Its a beautiful router, one I personally use, so Im not pointing the finger at it, just trying to isolate the issue.

i have tested on 2 pc's with and with out a router. and about 6 wireless devices.
hitting 65mb last night again till about this afternoon. now back to 18-35mb still have never seen above 65 out of 75 at all.
so either i have a issue at the tap or a bad drop. or spliter. witch i would assume the tech that came out to check it all ( even tho i nvr saw him/her) would have checked tap levels n such. or im being ninja throttled.
I was a install tech for the last couple of years in another state.
It would take 5min if i had a meter and a 32ft er to figure it out.
my modem status is with in range but that doesn't mean every piece of equipment doesn't have its own sweet spot with snr and power.
I was a install tech for the last couple of years.

Premier is 75mb here or at least that's what i was told and sold for $71.99 a month. and also called in 3 times and was told that's what i have . they just stopped offering it in a 75mb from my understanding . im sure a retention or 3rd party sales csr could still get the campaign codes for it.
I am a new customer and my work order only closed week ago or so. I think the 6th maybe.
I don't know a lot about the power boost. I understand its an up to service if i am indeed on a 75mb 65mb is still not ok . let alone the inconsistency. and for the price to be a 50mb well then i'm not ok with that either ha.
no those are the speeds i'm getting threw just a modem. and if it was threw wifi it would still be terrible on the set up i have. even threw my rtn66u its only a difference of a mb or 2. as of me typing this 6:44pm i'm hitting 63d/l 11u/p so.... ? idk.
also again last night around 11:30 ish i got a speed bump then down in the morning/afternoon.

Ongoing issues like that would require some extra effort, and it sounds like we need to have our maintenance team involved to find out what's going on. If you could email us at cox.help@cox.com with the account information we will investigate these issues for you.
