Cox Guide
Why is it that the guide has suddenly decided to fill only part of the time? Once in a rare while it comes up full screen! It is very hard to read the partial screen information.

Which guide, Passport (Rovi) or Contour (Trio)? What do you mean by "... to fill only part of the time" ?? Please explain in more detail.

When the Guide doesn't fill the whole screen, are there
1. Black bars across the top and bottom of the Guide;
2. Black bars on the left and right hand sides of the Guide; or
3. A black border around all 4 sides of the Guide?
