I just got Conture and live it, but have no idea where caller ID is. Can anyone tell me how to find it. I am thinking it's possible that it wasn't set up. Thanks

First, is there a reason this is in internet forum? Do you mean TV caller ID?
Next, do you have Contour 2.0? If so, I do not believe TV caller ID works with it yet. It uses the new X1 platform which has to be adapted to Cox's phone system. There is no current ETA. See this thread for more info/confirmation.

We're happy to hear that you're enjoying the new Contour service! The TV Caller ID feature is currently not available at this time. We're hoping to enable this feature at some point in the future.
