Contour not recording whole program
Just picked up a replacement Contour box a few days ago. What I am finding is that several shows have only started recording about 4 to 6 minutes into the show. So if its a one hour show I only have 56 minutes of it. Anyone ever have this issue?
It has happened on several different channels.

With what title are you having this problem? If it's a series recording, what are the series recording options set for the title?

They were all series recordings. All were set to begin on time. The clock on the contour box is the correct time. One recording was a motorcycle race, one was American idol, one was a tennis match. All were on different stations, fox, espn, etc. All started recording approx 4 minutes into the program.
Now that I know this is happening my temp fix was to go into all the series recordings and set them to begin early, but that is not acceptable long term. I have used contour for years and never had this problem before.

I see you've found the work around for this trouble. Have you gone back to set a recording to begin at the time the program begins? Please keep us updated. Thank you.

I set up a bunch of recordings this afternoon. Most were okay but several still started a handful of minutes late. Right now ESPN is definitely starting late as is ESPN 2. I've set up more to test both series and non-series recordings.
