Contour Boxes & Sleep Timer
I just had Contour boxes installed in 3 rooms, now none of the sleep timers work. They will only shut of the contour box, does anyone know how to fix this? Ive been told by cox that none of the contour boxes have the capability to plug your tv into the contour box like the old boxes had

That depends on which model DVR or STB you have. For example, the Cisco 8642HDC (Contour) DVR has an AC output whose ON/OFF function is software controlled. Go to SETTINGS->RECEIVERS->AC OUTLET USE->*ON WITH RECEIVER* The TV plugged into that outlet will be turned ON/OFF with the receiver. The Cisco 9865HDC (Contour) DVR runs on 12vdc instead of 115vac, and therefore has no AC outlet in the back.
Always give us model numbers, as just saying "Contour DVR" or "Contour receiver" tells us nothing.
