contour app for windows

I've read several forum comments from a year ago that indicate Cox may be working on a Contour App for Windows devices. Since there is no wireless set-top box from Cox, this app would be a great way to extend viewing (via tablet) to other parts of the house and yard. So far Cox's app has only supported IOS and Android. Is a Windows app on the way??
