Contour 6 displays noHD / config after reboot

We got error 2.1.2.9 on our hd tuner first trying to access our dvr shows. We had called previously when we got this error and they rebooted our main 6 tuner box. All was well. Now tried to reboot our 6 tuner just like last time but now it went through boot, APP, then got the display "oCap usb - noHD". Then went to noHD /config on display. Screen stuck on welcome to contour screen with a frozen blue status circle. Tech coming out Saturday but wanted to try and fix beforehand. Please help.
