Contour 2 recordings play back poorly

Recording HD channels. Playback jumpy or jerky. Especially on programs with fast movements. Happens on history. ABC. NBC

HAD SYSTEM FOR ONE WEEK. rewind shows issues in the same spot. TV only one year old. Notice streaming also has a similar problem. Just not as bad. Could my cable line into the house be the problem?

I would try contacting customer service and seeing if they can see any issues with your box(s) over the network. Sometimes the box can be faulty. its worth a shot.
