Contour 2 Box Records Series Reruns When Only Set to Record First Run Shows

I have a Contour 2 system and for some reason in records numerous repeats of shows that I have set to record first run only.  This is the second box to do this.  Sometimes I have 10 or more repeats scheduled for recording in one day which is crazy!  Does anybody have a fix?  Thanks!
