Contour 2 and Caller ID

Cox,

As of Jan 21st there was not an ETA for Contour 2 to have caller-id. This is a basic feature and were not aware that

we would be loosing services going to a newer software from Cox. Do you have an ETA for this feature please ?

Hi cabernet, 

The TV Caller ID feature is not currently available for Contour 2. No ETA has been given yet. Once this is determined, we will gladly update you here.

Yes, I also was not made aware that I would be losing the Caller ID feature. This is not an upgrade if you lose basic features. Is there an ETA on this now a month later?

There is no update or ETA on the addition of this feature. As soon as we have any information to provide, we will update this thread.
