constant lag spikes to games

I have been getting constant lag spikes to blizzard games namely diablo within the last month this happened in the past but it had cleared up. somewhere i saw to try to ping to 192.168.100.1 during a lag spike and i did and i got this.

Pinging 192.168.100.1 with 32 bytes of data:

i could see that i spiked bad. i have a Cisco DPC3825 DOCSIS 3.0 modem
