Coax-cable directly into TV & auto-program of channels (basic cable channels missing)

In our living  room we have our Cox Contour box & all the digital cable channels.  In the back-room we just have a coax-cable plugged directly into the TV. Doing that, that TV gets the "basic cable" channels that one doesn't require a digital-box for (and back in the day, before we had digital cable, we did this on all the TVs in our house).

However, since Cox added some channels to the basic-package, I've noticed this tv (with the direct connection)  doesn't pick them up. Specifically - FFX was moved into basic cable here in San Diego ("San Diego South" I think is our specific listing), ch77 for me, and yet no auto-programming (by the TV) gets it to appear (though I only did STD, not HPC or IRC).

I know this is not a lot to go on, but I find it weird that almost-all the basic-cable channels come through but not a select few ("MyTV 13" also doesn't come in for some reason, and that's even in the basic-basic package. Shame, because FFX has some good comedies that I can't watch in the back-room). Would anyone have possible technical explanations as to why this happens? (I won't even expect that it can be "fixed" ....but obviously welcome help if I'm wrong, lol).

Check the PDF channel line-up. You'll notice that FXX (and many others) are digital and require a box or CableCARD to receive.

"My TV" has been discontinued by its OTA transmitter.

Ah, thanks. Though I'm still a bit confused, as on that PDF (which thanks for posting, for the life of me I couldn't find that) the majority** of the channels in the group/package FXX-77 is listed in appear fine on both TVs that don't use a box.  Is FXX among a select few (of the double-digit channels) that are digital-only & that distinction just doesn't appear on the PDF?

**ex: off the top of my head, I'd say everything under ch70 in that (green) TV Essential box appears fine. Some above 70 are there, but not ones like FXX, GSN, or NatGeo - all of which are new to this "lesser" package.

re: My TV - but I'm not wondering why it won't appear on an antenna (we don't use one on any of our TVs), it won't appear on a TV attached to cable (just without a cable box).

Look closely at that PDF channel listing. The channels marked with a little triangle are "Digital or HD channels included with service level noted; requires rental of digital receiver or CableCARD, except T V sets with Clear-QAM digital tuner will receive local broadcast channels without equipment rental." I count a couple dozen of these channels within the starter and essential service tiers.
