Cisco 9865 hdc Outputs

Does the Contour DVR send output signals simultaneously on both HDMI and component outputs? Previously the older DVR system satellite boxes had their own outputs so I connected my Slingbox 350 to one of those. The new satellites have no outputs whatsoever so I need to use the DVR box. My HDMI output connects directly to my 4K OLED TV, so I want to use the components for my Slingbox. However, Slingbox is not seeing any signal output from the DVR.
