Charging bank without authorization
I don't have Eazypay activated but my bank account was charged anyway. When the bank rejected it because it wasn't authorized they charged me $35 and threatened to disconnect. I tried to ask Customer service why but all they would tell me is that at some point the payment was authorized. Funny I am the only one who does it.
Has anyone else had this happen? With the poor connection of late and the seriously bad service, think I will be looking at Centurylink or Satellite.

I asked one of the representatives in your local market to look into this matter and reach out to you.

This has happened to me. Cox was somehow able to get a business checking account I have and withdrew funds without my knowledge or permission. Not knowing it had happened I paid the account balance with my personal account.
When I noticed that Cox had taken the money they said they couldn't understand what happened and would investigate. Weeks went by and they did nothing.
The only way I could get my money back from Cox was to have my bank get it from Cox just like Cox got it from me and I had to close that account and open a new one that Cox couldn't get to.
Now my daughter has been paying her bill online and each time she did it said the payment was successful. This happened for three months. Then they cut off her service saying she hadn't paid even though she absolutely had money in her account each time she paid it and Cox acknowledged receiving it. She had to pay a reconnect fee and now has to go in person to pay it.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating. And, the Cox representatives act like we are slime trying to get out of a bill.
I am going to Direct TV. Sam's Wholesale has a rep there and I have heard that it's a better deal than Cox. My only concern is that I don't think they provide internet.
