Channel Errors
I am experiencing what appears to be channel errors on my Internet connection. I still have access and can do most things on the Internet but I cannot get my online party functions to work on my gaming console.
Here is my error log and channel levels:

Signal levels look good. A little high but not over spec. And even so, a signal problem wouldn't usually cause the symptom you describe. What model modem or gateway do you have? What gaming console? Can you try it wired?

If you're continuing to get T4 errors you will most likely want to call support, T4 usually indicates issue at the head end. Downstream power is pushing high for sure but shouldn't be the cause of a T4, that's more a temporary maintenance error or service outage.
