Changing my cable modem

I don't have any minutes left on my phone plan. Is there some way i can swap out my  cable modem without calling support?

Hi brpierce,

If you're using a Cox EMTA or renting a modem, you may swap the modem at a Solutions Store. If the modem was purchased from Cox, you may exchange it for another one if it's within one year of purchase. If the purchased modem from Cox is a WiFi modem, you have up to two years from the date of purchase to exchange for another one.
