Where can I find a channel lineup for TV's connected straight to the cable, not to a cable box?

Cox does not publish one, and it will depend on whether your city has started the transition to All Digital.

If you go to the Channel Line-up for your city, the channels not followed by any notation, should all be available in either SD Analog, or HD Digital w/o a box, but not for long.
