Cant pay online
I can not pay online...It says Iam not the primary account holder,Ive had the same account for ten yrs at least.

Even though you have have had the account for a long time, if its not the first one on the account, it's not the admin. See more info here.
Also, if you want to see which are user accounts and which is your admin, sign into http://myaccount.cox.net/internettools/email/email.cox
