Cant access email from iphone or Outlook

After using Microsoft Outlook and also my iphone for many years I can no longer access my email from anywhere but cox webmail. It was all working fine until a couple of days ago and now all of a sudden it keeps popping up that I have a invalid username or password. Both have been verified multiple times and even use it to log into web mail with not problems. We have total deleted accts and reinstalled on Microsoft outlook, iphone email and even the Microsoft app for iphone and all come up with the same problem. I have called cox tech support with no solutions and have even set in a tech support email with NO RESPONSE...... Can anyone help with possible solutions?

Do you have any POP accounts setup by chance?  You'll get a bad user/pass response when checking your mail while another device has a POP session active.  Also did you change your password late last month?  That looks like when this may have started.
